These Terms & Conditions govern your enrolment in the Digital Marketing with AI training offered by Easy Technologies & Solutions Enterprise (“EasyTech”, “we”, “us”) and your use of this website. By enrolling or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrolment

To enrol, you contact us through WhatsApp and confirm your chosen plan. Enrolment is complete once your place is confirmed and any required payment is received. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Pricing & payment

• Standard (No Internship): NGN 50,000 — full course access, course materials, community access, and a certificate of completion.
• Standard + 1-month Internship: NGN 75,000 — everything in Standard, plus a supervised 1-month internship, portfolio guidance, and career support.

Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are payable through the methods we share at enrolment. We may update prices for future cohorts; the price confirmed at your enrolment is the price that applies to you.

3. Refunds & cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible. Because access and materials are made available shortly after enrolment, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be limited once the training has begun. Any specific refund window will be communicated to you at enrolment.

4. Access & course materials

On enrolment you receive access to the course content, sessions, and materials for the duration of the programme. Recordings may be made available for later review. Materials are for your personal learning only and may not be resold or redistributed.

5. Certificate of completion

A certificate of completion is issued after you finish the course requirements. The certificate recognises participation and completion; it is not a government-accredited qualification and does not guarantee employment or income.

6. Internship (where selected)

The 1-month internship is a supervised, practical placement designed to build your portfolio. Scope, schedule, and deliverables are agreed during the programme. The internship is a learning opportunity and does not constitute paid employment or a job offer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to participate respectfully and lawfully, to not share your access with others, and to not use the training or AI tools for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, branding, and this website are the property of EasyTech or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning only.

9. No guarantee of results

We share practical strategies and tools, but outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not promise specific income, leads, placements, or business results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the training or the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Third-party tools

The training references third-party tools (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Make, Meta Ads, Google Ads). Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and pricing, which are independent of EasyTech.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or training after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
